For when you need to get a grip, here is a “sure grip” – patented in Canada in November, 1900.
Found on an ancient garage/shed near the shores of Green Bay in Door County. (The bay Green Bay, not the city of Packers, Green Bay.)

Wow Bo this is an interesting shot, I love the rust colours in the photo. To think this is 100 years old. I often think if the things we are building to do will stand the test of time. I don’t believe people take as much pride in their work along with industry trying to find cheaper and quicker way to improve their profit margin. It sad we don’t build things to last anymore.
And the fact that it’s Canadian gets it cool points from me.
I love the old building shots you take. The textures & colors of the wood, nails, hinges (and now the “sure grip” captivate me. In this shot the lines, shapes and angles also line up to create an interesting effect.
Neat shot it has a great industrial look to it, nice work Bo !!
