Sunday’s Sunrise – 14 Minutes Old

Sunday's Sunrise - 14 Minutes Old

The sunrise captured at 6:21 am, taken from my backyard, in light mist. Official sunrise for this morning was 6:07 am CDT.

It was warm enough, finally, to sleep with a window open, and I awoke at 5:30 am to an unfamiliar sound – a chorus of singing and chirping birds. When I finally thought to check the morning sunrise, this was my view from my window. I took only enough time to change lenses and unlock the backdoor. I hope there weren’t neighbors watching me traipse around my yard in my nightgown while I played with my camera! Hmm. Maybe they are accustomed to it by now. :-)

  4. Wow you have been a busy lady! I enjoyed all of them..finally settled on this one to leave you a note.

This one is gorgeous..almost as if the branches are launching the sun into the sky. I could even see a painting from this.

The market looks like a place that I would really enjoy!

Tell your daughter to keep drawing. That is a good narrative drawing! :)

    Keep creating!

  10. That is a gorgeous picture. I love sunrises! The only time I catch them is in the fall on my way 2 work. I have to get up really early to see them on the weekends so I just sleep in instead. I love your blog, very nice.
