Wow, the buds are huge. I guess they have to be given the size of the flower. Really gorgeous photo. I loved watching the fuzz quiver as the photo painted on the screen.
I love the DOF in this one and I’m pretty sure your magnolia is confused…. (much like the birds in my area.) Really a pretty tree. p.s. I’ve never seen one before thank you for sharing it with us.
I saw this and immediately had a flashback from fifty years ago when we used to play in the woods and find pussy willows growing. Such an interesting little plant.
Oh I cannot WAIT for the magnolias to come out! We don’t get the powder puff variety…I believe ours here are the saucer type. They are gorgeous all the same!
