Blue Skyflower Vine ~ Green Thumb Sunday

Taken in a place with no name (See more photos here)

A tropical vine, this flower does look like it has captured a bit of the sky. Photographed in the Bolz Conservatory in Madison, Wisconsin’s Olbrich Gardens. The Bolz houses a tropical oasis in the midst of vicious winter just beyond its glass panes. Today you can go from a balmy 80˙amongst the flowers to -4˙F outside.

I’m still considering a move to a desert - maybe Death Valley would be warm enough!
