El Castillo, the pyramid, overlooks the Caribbean Sea at Tulum, a Mayan Ceremonial Ruins. Tulum is located in the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. This is the largest structure at this archaeological site and was used for sacrificial, religious ceremonies.

Woah.
Color; it hit me right between the eyes. I love the soft colors of the stone building.

I’ve enjoyed looking at your photography. Both the Wisconsin and the vacation photos. Makes me long for both some snow and for a little tropical vacation this winter. Thank you for visiting my blog!
