While I’ve been posting snowy photos the last week, I’ve been traveling in Florida, and then on the Carnival Glory cruise ship to Belize, Mexico and the Bahamas. Fun, though sad to say (for me) the weather in the Caribbean was reminiscent of a November in Wisconsin.
So here is my first taste of Florida when the temperatures were still in the 80s and the sun was shining.
Blackpoint Wildlife Drive near Cape Canaveral. Palm trees are a big treat for me, but these will be old hat to anyone who sees these lovely trees year round.

Such a stunning photo! How wonderful to visit all these wonderful places!

I’ve seen lots of palm trees, but being a midwest gal, they always blow me away. Everyone has such personality!

I’d like to be sitting under one of those palm trees right now. Lovely.

Nice photo! The trees have an appeal to me: we had some in our yard in Arizona. I couldn’t live without mountains again though.

Thanks for your comments, all.
Funny how something as simple as a palm tree can be so thrilling to see.
